We will go through all the details with a fine- toothed comb to make sure your space has everything you need. Within the setup process, we will offer our professional opinion on how to stage and If you haven’t already created an airbnb profile, we will guide you through the process. We require a commission, servicing the front desk (inbox/ bookings), and cleaning will be paid by the guest’s in the cleaning fee setup. We can outsource the cleaning to our amazing cleaning company, or if you choose to do the cleaning, we will give you our cleaners checklist to follow. We will set you up for success.
